Spring Breakkk (but spring isn't really here...)

So, Monday started spring break officially. Let's breeze through this week quickly, since spring break officially sucked. It was nothing like i had planned. I woke up and left my moms since i was there all weekend, and headed over to my dads. On the way i stopped at my cousin Jenny's to see my new baby cousin Paitynn. Fifth child and still freaking adorable. After that i went to Poughkeepsie to pick up Corey. Like i said, he was in Wingdale all weekend so i met his dad at the Chance parking lot and picked him up. Then we went to the mall because i wanted to go shopping, and my dad yelled at me because i was "driving the car everywhere." What a shock..even though i wasn't. But anyways, once shopping was done we were hungry. So we went and got food at a new place we hadn't eaten at before. We went to the Table Talk Diner in Poughkeepsie which was actually really good. Then we went home..not sure which house though.

Tuesday i literally do not remember at all. I assume i laid in bed and was a bum all day. Or actually, i think i went for a run. And that night i think a whole lot of shenanigans went down. Could be wrong about the date. But either way it involved Corey coming to stay at my place and Amber bitching me out and basically saying she hated me. It was a huge mess. So yeah...but Wednesday i don't think i did much during the day. Except another run maybe. In which Corey and i met up, talked things out, almost broke up, and then worked things out. Yeah, i told you it was a rough spring break. It's really hard to be hated by your boyfriend's family, since i'm used to the opposite. It sucks, a lot actually. Anyway, that night i picked Corey up and me, him, Kelsey, and her boyfriend went to see Titanic in 3D. It was incredible, although everyone complained about the 3D. I didn't care. It made it even more epic. And for a three hour movie it was still amazing, as it is every single time. I ate junk food, saw a good movie, and overall had a good night. But all good things come to an end...

The next day was pretty productive. I ran Easter errands, saw Megan and a few others, had two dinners...but i kind of forget where and what. I think one at my house and one at Corey's because Amber wasn't there. And then did homework. Yeah, productive. But then that night i was in a bad mental state and Corey and i fought and then he fell asleep and i was upset and it sucked. Great story, i know. It'd be more exciting if i still felt the way i did then. More angry and depressing. Anyway, the next day i woke up pissed because all i did was have nightmares all night. As per usual. But that day i have no idea what i did, except i went to Joe's. I needed that. I went out, and i danced, and i had fun. I was going to go hang out with Chris and Dave and them, but then they never ended up hanging out so i went and stayed at Corey's after much debate. And that was that night.

Saturday was rather...interesting. Corey and his family were doing Easter dinner that day since that's when everyone could get together. I was invited over by his mom, but because of Amber i wasn't going to go. Didn't want to stir up drama or ruin their Easter and whatnot. But his mom insisted even though Amber said she didn't want me there. And constantly kept telling Corey and her best friend that they should date. Oh yeah, made me feel awesomeee. But i went home for some family time after waking up, although i spent 3 hours packing and that's it, and then went back there around 5 for dinner. It wasn't too bad. Amber acted like nothing even happened, we ate food, i helped out, spent some Corey family time, got candy, etc. Amber even offered to lend me her dress for zombie prom...yeah. Weird. But around 8 we left because i had to get to moms, AND i had to do Easter shopping that i hadn't done yet. So we went to Hannaford and i did that. I got Corey and my mom candy and such, and then we went home. Although my mom wasn't too happy about Corey staying over and waking up with us on Easter, it wound up okay. We made cookies that night and ate junk food and watched movies. And after wrapping my shit we went to sleep.

The next day we woke up and it was Zombie Jesus Day. Yayyyy. Not. I forgot to make my mom a card, so i immediately did that. Then i went searching for my easter eggs (yes at 19 years old i still make my mom hide them). Then i opened my basket and gifts, Corey opened his, mom opened hers, etc. We got ready to go, i finished packing, then we went to Mema's for a bit. I half straightened my hair, had some food, and then left to go to dads. I dropped Corey off so he could get ready, went to dads, finished my hair, finished packing, and about a half hour after dad and Lauren left, i left to pick up Corey and head to Jessica's. While there we had tons of family time as per usual. Tons of people. And of course, tons of food. It was delicious. I had a few glasses of wine too. And i had to drive back. Whoops. So that all happened, and then we had to book it right after food because we had to catch the bus. So i sped home, dropped Corey off, got my shit together, and his mom came and picked us up. We then headed to Trailways and boarded the bus back with a shit ton of shit around 6:45. The bus ride back went quickly. We then waited at Metro North for the shuttle. Half hour later we got picked up. Only to have the bus break the fuck down while still in White Plains. The axle on the back left tire broke so no turning for the bus. We were stranded there for a half hour, before realizing that this wouldn't get fixed any time soon. I didn't mind, except i had to get to work in less than a half hour. So i texted Kerry and she luckily is an amazing person and best friend and came and got me and Corey. She dropped us off at the dorms, where i booked it to my room, got ready to work, and then ran to the library. Where i then worked until 2am, on Easter. Yep. That was my Spring BReak ladies and gentlemen.
